RIGHT OF ACCESS TO INFORMATION

In accordance with the Act on the Right to Access Information (Official Gazette, No. 25/13, 85/15 and 69/22; hereinafter referred to as: the Act), the Town Museum of Bjelovar ensures the exercise of the constitutionally guaranteed right to access information, as well as the reuse of information, by natural and legal persons through the openness and publicity of the activities of public authorities.

Information and documents that are publicly available in electronic form can be accessed directly via the website of the Town Museum of Bjelovar (gradski-muzej-bjelovar.hr/en) without submitting a special request, and for all other information and documents, the user of the right to access information exercises this right by submitting an oral or written request.

Each user has the right to reuse information, for a commercial or non-commercial purpose different from the original purpose for which the information was created, which, according to Article 27 of the Act, is exercised within the scope of a statutory or other regulation or a task that is usually considered a public task.
